The online submission and judgement engine of Gullkalven 2009 was devised, designed and operated by myself in cooperation with Mats André Kristiansen and Funkbit AS.

The system handled 1200 submissions of up to 2 GB each, during a hectic timespan of a few days. Furthermore, 150 creative professionals securely used the system in the jury process. The contributions with metadata was then feeded into an Adobe AIR Executable for the award night presentation.

The system has later been expanded to handle the technicalities around event attendance and styled e-mail delivery to thousands of people simultaneously and named Eventition for further promotion and recognition. Eventition has later been deployed and successfully handled Gullblyanten (The yearly Norwegian advertising award).
